This is
truly one of the hardest posts we’ve ever had to share. Due to the current
economic climate, rising business costs, and the recent tariffs affecting
Canada, we’ve made the difficult decision to close SV Equestrian.

We
started this little company back in the wild days of 2020, and every step of
the way, you’ve supported our vision for wireless red-light therapy products.
We’re incredibly proud of what we created, and endlessly grateful for each of
you who believed in us. ❤️

Over
time, our designs were copied by big companies with much deeper pockets, and
despite overcoming challenges like international shipping and lithium-ion
regulations, this latest hurdle is one we can’t get past.

To our
amazing U.S. customers—we love you, we appreciate you, and we know this impacts
you too. Thank you for everything.

Refunds & Returns

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:

 

Returns Policy - Red Light Therapy & Shockwave

 

Eligibility: Unless the item is defective or damaged during delivery, all returns must be received within 15 days of delivery and be in their original, sealed packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Restocking Fee: All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If your item arrived defective or damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

 

INCREDIWEAR RETURNS POLICY


Inspect Upon Delivery

Please check all items immediately upon receipt to ensure they meet your expectations. If there is any issue, contact us right away.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include original tags and packaging.

Full refunds are available within 10 days of purchase.

Exchanges or store credit may be issued within 15 days of purchase.

A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refund Details

Regular-priced items: Refunded to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

Clearance or discounted items: Eligible for store credit only.

Socks: Final sale unless you received the wrong item or the product is damaged (see below).

Sock Returns

All sock purchases are final sale, except:

If the wrong item was shipped

If the item is damaged upon arrival

In such cases, please email a photo of the item to:

Please confirm your correct sock size before ordering. Exchanges for sizing are not accepted.

Returns Policy - Demo Items

Demo Items are Final Sale Only - No Exceptions

All Demo items are fully tested before shipping.  

 


Return Process

Contact us at customerservice@sv-equestrian.com to initiate your return or exchange.

All returned items must include:

A note with your name, daytime phone number, and reason for return

A copy of the sales invoice or the invoice number

Products must be returned in original, undamaged packaging, free of shipping labels (please re-wrap for shipping).

We recommend using ground shipping with tracking and insurance.

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

Retain your proof of shipment in case you need to file a claim.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot accept COD or “freight collect” returns.


Final Notes

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.

Items purchased using a discount code are not eligible for return.
